Rodeo Entry

To enter an AVYRA rodeo, you must:

  • Be an AVYRA Member (See membership Tab)
    • Or complete and submit a Day Permit Application along with
    • Helmet Release and
    • A copy of your insurance card and
    • A copy of contestants birth certificate
  • Complete and submit a Rodeo Entry form
  • Include payment of all necessary fees listed on entry form. Payment should be received by the Entries Secretary along with entry form on or prior to the rodeo entry close date.

Entry forms must be postmarked on or before entry close date or a late fee of $30 is due before you can rodeo.  Money is due with entry form, if paid at the rodeo an additional late fee will apply.  All late entries must be postmarked on or before call back date or the entry will not be accepted and you will NOT rodeo.

Call Backs.  This is the date each contestant can and should call the Entries Secretary to make sure their entry was received and the correct events have been entered.  It is the contestant's responsibility, not the secretary's, to make sure they are entered in the rodeo.  You can also e-mail back in place of calling, this can be done up to the call back date and time.  The same as calling, if an e-mail is received after the call back date and time, usually 7pm, (regardless of when you sent the e-mail) NO drawouts or changes will be made.  Please remember, this is a volunteer position and the $10 admin fee goes to AVYRA and NOT the Entries Secretary.
